BCA Development Program (BDP)

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree 1 or 2 Strata from top universities.
• Achievement index of at least 3.00 for Strata 1 and 3.25 for Strata 2 (on a scale of 4.00).
• The maximum age is 25 years for Strata 1 and 27 years for Stratum 2.
• Systematic communication.
• Motivation is high.
• Analysis of high power.
• Able to work in teams.
• DRUG-Free.
• Unmarried and willing not to marry during the education.
• Willing was commissioned and placed in the branches of the BANK throughout the country Indonesia BCA needs.
• Willing to undergo education and ties on duty after education.
• Graduated in selection.
