- Have interest in geothermal geology, volcanic geothermal system and activities related to geothermal exploration and reservoir management
- Have work experiences less than 3 years
- Minimum degree: S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advantage)
- Have a strong leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
- Have a good communication and presentation skills, both in English and Bahasa
- Flexible and open minded
- Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and supports others
- Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner
- Strong in seeking learning activities
- Able to establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization
- Have willingness to travel throughout Indonesia and to be relocated to Chevron operations locations (West Java, Riau or East Kalimantan)
