Training
Data Management & Reporting Staff
Responsibilities:
- Act as PIC in recording and maintaining all data related to Bank's training activities
- Perform data analysis and generate routine reports related to training for management and regulator
- Monitor Bank training budget and its realization
- Forecast and budget training cost bankwide
- Perform process improvement and enhancement to current operating procedure in working unit through system development
- Perform various tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Female, max 25 years old
- Prefer education background Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Computerize Accounting
- Prefer Fresh Graduate, with GPA min 2.75
- Strong knowledge and experience in database
- Have advance knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (preferably with some macro experience)
- Have experience with HRIS
- Strong analytical dan problem solving skill
