Training Data Management & Reporting Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Act as PIC in recording and maintaining all data related to Bank's training activities
  • Perform data analysis and generate routine reports related to training for management and regulator
  • Monitor Bank training budget and its realization
  • Forecast and budget training cost bankwide
  • Perform process improvement and enhancement to current operating procedure in working unit through system development
  • Perform various tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:
  • Female, max 25 years old
  • Prefer education background Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Computerize Accounting
  • Prefer Fresh Graduate, with GPA min 2.75
  • Strong knowledge and experience in database
  • Have advance knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (preferably with some macro experience)
  • Have experience with HRIS
  • Strong analytical dan problem solving skill
