Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Legal and Economics
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in oil & gas industry with minimum 3 years of working experiences at supply chain activities
- Certified PTK 007 (Procurement and Supply Chain Guideline) issued by formal government institution
- Must skillfully in Bid Document and Contract Development
- Must have understanding in Market Sector, Business Strategy/Demand Management, Contractor selection, Contract Execution and Supplier Performance Management
- Must have understanding in the nature of supply chain activities, especially procurement process from end to end process
- Must have negotiation skill
- Good command in English
- Having computer literacy of Ms. Office Windows 7, Oracle or SAP
