TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Qualification:
- Male, Max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferably for Psychology majors)
- Having min. 3 years experiences in handling training activities
- Good understanding for training need analysis and training evaluation
- Good knowledge in sales training development will be an advantage
- Fluent in English both oral & written (TOEFL score min. 550 )
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented
- Good communication skill
- Self starter, intiatives
- Possess a driving license A
