• Male / Female, maximum 26 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any field from reputable University with minimum GPA 2.75
• Capable in English
• Having experiences in organizations
• Teachable and good in communication
• Good team player
• Willing to be assigned in any city of Indonesia
• Willing to stay single during the program
