• Mastering the installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8)
• Mastering the concept of DHCP, Domain Controller and the concept of Sharing Resources
• Able to analyze IT hardware malfunction
• Accustomed to using monitoring tools and troubleshoot
• Accustomed to implement and troubleshoot network at layer 1 and 2
• Problem solving oriented
