Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia - Kemenkumham or the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia is one of the ministry in the Indonesian Cabinet. The Ministry has the task to conduct affairs in the field of law and human rights in the government to assist the President in running the state government. Kemenkumham's head office based in Jakarta and located in Jl HR Rasuna Said kav 6-7 Kuningan Jakarta Selatan. The Ministry also operated 33 area offices in 33 provinces in all over Indonesia. Kemenkumham also supported by 7 Directorate General, 1 Secretariat-General, 1 Inspectorate General, and 3 Agency offices. Currently Kemenkumham lead by Amir Syamsudin, SH, MH as the Minister.

- Male/Female
- Min age 18 years old and max 28 years old in 1 October 2012
- Min SLTA or related
- Min average score 7.0 (for Papua and West Papua region min 6.5)
- Height male 165 cm (for Papua and West Papua region min 160 cm) and female 155 cm
- Able-bodied, not color blind, not deaf and not tattooed
- For S1 qualification
General Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Male/Female,
- Min age 18 years old and max 30 years old in 1 October 2012,
- Min S1 from accredited university, GPA min 2.75 (for Papua and West Papua region min 2.50), Able-bodied, not color blind, not deaf and not tattooed,
