Site Development Manager
Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci
Closing Date:4-8-12

Responsibilities:

• Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
• Determine real estate standard and category
• Create lease agreement
• Negotiation with landlord
• Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Male / Female, max 40 Years old
• Min. 5 years experiences handling site expansion in retail/property consultant/ banking.
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
