Quality Assurance Manager
- Provide guidelines and controls for sales quality in Direct Marketing Channel in order to ensure that every policy sold is according to CSL’s business ethics, conducts and standards.
- Improve the quality of sales conducts and processes in Direct Marketing Channel through activities such as feedbacks, consequence management and training sessions
- Provide strategies and actions how to retain all customers, through activities such as cancellation handling, collection strategies and services improvement
- Liaise with other related departments in CSL and SIS, to handle incoming complaints from customers with proper and satisfactory resolution
- Manage all expenses in quality control and conservation activities according to the budget
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum GPA 2, 75.
- Having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in affinity/ bancassurance business
- Having a minimum of 3 years' experience in telemarketing
- Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fairly fluent in English
