PT Indonesia Power was founded in 1995 and was originally known as electric power Generation COMPANY PT PLN name Jawa-Bali I. PT Indonesia Power changed to the current name in 2000.

 RECRUITMENT and SELECTION of PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES SMK/D1 PT 
 INDONESIA POWER by 2012

 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Men and unmarried.
• Aged up to 21 years (October 1, 2012)
• Education in SMK (preferred CMS 4th/D1); Department of machinery, electrical, Electronics, chemical and civil related to maintenance and operation of electric power generation.
• The value of average VOCATIONAL SCHOOL Diploma 7,5:
1. The value of Mathematics at least 7,5
2. The value of vocational subjects 7,5
3. The value of The United Kingdom 7

• A minimum 2.75 GPA value D1
• Not to be seeking ties with the Office of the company/other institutions
• Mentally and spiritually: no color blindness, drug-free, good character and did not use illicit substances
• Willing to be placed in the working environment of companies throughout Indonesia & will not be demanding a move task
• Willing to follow established Corporate Training Prajabatan
• Willing to undergo a work Bond for 5 (five) years from the following training: Prajabatan
• Not yet married and willing to not Marry during her tenure in the education
