Qualifications
:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 27 years old in 2012
- Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve existing program
- Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
- High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
- Computer literacy is a must
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA
