Requirements:
- Education min S1
- Min 2 yrs as head of branch sales in business banking/financing/BPR/cooperative agencies save loan
- Have an understanding of the micro-business
- Have the ability and good interpersonal communication
- Having a good physical endurance to perform visits account holders on a regular basis
- Easily adapt to a diverse work environment
- Willing was placed in the entire unit fits the placement of the DSP
