Executive Secretary
Job Description:
- Assisting superior in terms of Scheduling System & Operation, Filing and Documentation System & Operation, Daily Correspondence System & Operation
- As communication window, to provide information between superior and other internal or external stakeholders
- As Person in Charge to related stakeholder in executing administration matters for superior (ex. Adm. Matters for Visa prolongation, etc.)
- Arranging all the required matters for external guest visits (ex. Arranging meetings, transportation for guest and etc.)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Experienced minimum 5 years as Secretary
- Japanese speaking (JPT Level 2) , TOEIC minimum score 605
- Good communication skill
- Quick learner, fast pace, and possess good adaptability
