Logistic - Warehousing Staff
Job Description:
- To collect all documents every day from warehouse and vessel’s, e.g. RR, MTO, MR
- To input all data transaction of inventory to be recorded into the inventory system at the base
- To provide validation of the material requisition submitted by the user department
- Provide inventory information for other department that require
- Together with the supervisor/dept managers to develop and provide classification and code inventory system for new spare parts/equipment
- To ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts & accountable for its variances and create a report balance stock warehouse to Base Manager
- To guide and ensure the system for overall warehouse activities in efficient speed meets KPI’s
- Implement the receiving of the materials in the warehouse based on the Purchase Order (PO) that has been approved and record the material in Receiving Report (RR) and refuse the materials inappropriate with the Purchase Order (PO) and submit the rejection letter to the Procurement Dept
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree any field preferably Maritime Study
- Minimum 1 or 2 year(s) of working experiences with offshore shipping industry is preferable
- Highly Responsibility, Trustworthy, Good Communication skill, willing to work hard, Good team work, and ability to work under pressure
- Good in English & Computer Literate
- Must be willing to work in Senipah, Balikpapan
