Brief Descriptions:

• To ensure proper execution in area, lead, coach and develop sales force to implement:

           ·     Channel and customer plans
           ·      The desired in-store conditions
           ·      Sales objectives at the store level
           ·      Distribution objectives

• Manage various aspects related to customer management such as sales performance, working capital, return investment, field sales force development, distributor management and many other related aspects
