Job Description:

• Manage and develop performance and talent MMS (Mobile Marketing Sharia) BTPN Syariah
• Manage and grow customer communities BTPN Syariah with the coverage area by as much as 10-15 MMS

Qualification:

• At least Bachelor degree from a variety of majors with a minimum GPA of 2.75
• Preferred has experience managing and leading teams (as supervisor) for 1-2 years
• It has the ability to lead and build a community of clients as well as developing individual (MMS) within the team and his community
• Have a good decision-making competence
• Have knowledge of banking procedures and widely
