Responsibility:

• Management Trainee is a program with a major focus in Supply Chain department. You will have the privilege of being coached mentored by senior J&J leaders and the opportunity to contribute in achieving business goals.

Requirements:

• Basic Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset, inner drive, good teamwork, big picture orientation with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, sense of urgency, prudent risk taking, result and performance driven.
• Bachelor and Master Degree, Preferably from Math, Statistics  or Industrial Engineering background from top universities
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 in the scale of 4 or Distinction Average for overseas graduate (UK,Australia)
• Maximum 2 years working experience
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Willing to be posted in Jakarta
