Executive Secretary

Job Description:

• Assisting superior in terms of Scheduling System & Operation, Filing and Documentation System & Operation, Daily Correspondence System & Operation
• As communication window, to provide information between superior and other internal or external stakeholders
• As Person in Charge to related stakeholder in executing administration matters for superior (ex. Adm. Matters for Visa prolongation, etc.)
• Arranging all the required matters for external guest visits (ex. Arranging meetings, transportation for guest and etc.) 

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Experienced minimum 5 years as Secretary
• Japanese speaking (JPT Level 2) , TOEIC minimum score 605
• Good communication skill
• Quick learner, fast pace, and possess good adaptability
