Loan Processing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Soft Skills : Good Leadership, Good Analytical, Pleasant personality, Good Communication, Extra miles.
• Experience from Banking / Financial Service, especially in Loan Operation/Processing, Process/Quality Improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Lean Six Sigma, Process mapping, Service mindset.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Loan/Mortgage or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.
