Responsibilities:
- The acquisition process of cooperation for both developers of new or expanded cooperation, especially for developers group
- Establish cooperation and maintain good relations with the Developer that knows the needs of developers
- As a mediator between the developer or support the internal unit in CIMB Niaga as credam, branch, and legal
- Participate and conduct reminder and monitoring solutions to the developer to process certificates
- Exercise authority and responsibility of a line manager in the staffing, coaching, monitoring briefing
Requirements:
- Having the ability to maintain relationships with developers
- Min. 3 years experience in the field of cooperation developer
- Strong communication, negotiation and the ability to make proposals and marketing program
- Having the ability depth analysis of market conditions and needs of the developer supply conditions for cooperation, so stay ahead in the competition with other kometitor
- Mastering product knowledge and knowledge about the process of cooperation and good concept to compete in reaching its target
- Developer is responsible for the acquisition from the signing of cooperation documents to collect TSB
