- Education Bachelor degree or master's degree in civil engineering or Architect
- Maximum age of 45 years
- Master of development banking office building technical
- Mastering project management system including project management, project cost analysis, scheduling and management of quality
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of project management, preferred in the banking industry/finance
- Understanding the rules & policies related to internal/external construction, preferably who understand the provisions of the regulation on asset management//building in the banking sector
- Have the ability of good analysis, communication skill and negotiation skill is good as well as being able to build and maintain a network with good
- Able to work hard in teamwork with both in high pressure environments.
