The Program is 24 months long and offers a combination of classroom and on-thejob training through rotational opportunities across different business segments of the franchise, mentoring and exposure to top leadership. It begins with two rotations during the first year followed by one to two longer in-depth rotations as decided by an MA Committee of senior leadership. Each rotation enables Management Associates to progress toward a business management role in either their specific area of expertise or general consumer and business banking.
