ABM Oral Care

Job Description:
  • The Oral Care Category has in plan a more aggressive strategy to step up to Double Digit growth in the next 5. The huge opportunity for market development in Oral Care, associated to its profitability (currently the highest in the company), makes it a very attractive category to play and win in
  • The Oral Category is on of the 3 top priorities for the Italian market, being under the attention of the Italian board
  • Depending on the past working experience, the role is given substantial autonomy, including the leadership of smaller scale projects
  • The candidate we are looking for has a strong passion for marketing and consumer understanding, is a fast learner, capable of multi-tasking, interested in learning new things & able to motivate & lead cross-functional project teams
  • She/he is open-minded, has good analytical skills, and has excellent communication skills. Further more the candidate must be solution driven & able to manage and influence stakeholders 
Main Accountabilities:
  • Lead integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment: brand audit, jobs to be done, activity plans, scorecards & in-market pricing
  • Constantly monitor category / brand performances (6P’s) recommending and implementing improvements to meet annual targets
  • Develop and activate campaign ideas ATL and BTL in the national market
  • Ensure brilliant launches execution in coordination with BD team

  • Basic marketing skills (Product, Price, Promotion, Advertising & Communication)

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Italian 
Skills Desired:
  • At least 1 year experience in Marketing environment – BD and International experience are an advantage not a must
  • Previous experience in related categories
