Relationship Manager Financial Institution
Job Purpose:
- To build up and manage an extensive network of relationship with institutional clients in particular counterpart banks for global marketing of the Financial Institution products and services
- To manage and monitor credit line portfolios of institutional clients in particular counterpart banks
Job Accountability:
- Build up and manage good relationship with new, existing and prospective counterpart banks of ICBC Indonesia
- Assess, administer and maintain the bank’s Vostro and Nostro accounts with counterparts, negotiate best terms and ensures quality of service. Services provided are training, orientation and knowledge dissemination for counterpart banks will be given regularly and/ or as requested
- Focus on increasing RMB Cross Border Volumes, International Settlement Volumes and trade financing activities
- Manage the existing and new RMA keys with counterpart banks and ensure all due diligences (KYC AML Q) are completed and/or updated
- Prepare credit proposals include making thorough analyses into counterpart banks financial condition for new, renewal and/or additional purposes
- Prepare call reports, internal memo and internal proposal
- Prepare policy and procedures to support FI department’s activities
- Liaise closely with Credit department to coordinate relevant credit policies and procedures and Compliance department to stay updated with prevailing rules and regulations in Indonesia
- Prepare relevant research reports related to banking industry as requested by the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relationship management experiences in a reputable bank/ financial institution
- Have in-depth knowledge in FI products and strategies to penetrate Indonesian and global market
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must (Mandarin will be a plus)
